This fun floral top was thoughtfully crafted from an upcycled vintage floral cotton skirt. It is one of a kind with a fun bubble hem and an easy swing shape. There are shoulder ties and 2 front-tie closures made from recycled denim + a few front buttons. You can secure them to fit however you like. 100% cotton, entirely hand finished.
